Who is Andy Dzekanskas?

You’re probably wondering, “Why did this guy become a personal trainer?” Well, let me take you back to my childhood, where I found myself glued to the screen, watching those iconic muscle heads like Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and the legendary Bruce Lee. Their incredible aesthetics and jaw-dropping moves left me completely mesmerized.

For ten plus years

How did they build those muscles? How did the gladiators and ancient warriors develop their strength, their Renaissance bodies? What did they eat, were they healthy, and how did they treat the most common diseases? Like Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food.” That’s when it hit me—I couldn’t resist the allure of unlocking the untapped potential of the human body.

My story

It was not about the looks...

But it wasn’t just about looks and fancy movie stunts. I come from a family with a history of strokes, diabetes, coronary artery disease—you name it, we had it. That made me realize something crucial.

Through exercise and nutrition

…many physiological and psychological disorders can be prevented or put into remission. That’s when I decided to dive headfirst into the world of preventative medicine. And guess what? Exercise and nutrition became my superpowers!

Armed with qualification in nutrition

…weight loss, strength and conditioning, and weightlifting, I’m equipped to help people from all walks of life become healthier, fitter, and more resilient. But wait, there’s more! I should probably confess—I’m a bit of a nerd. Yep, you heard that right. And to top it off, I’m a die-hard superhero fan. But hey, here’s the twist—I believe that each and every one of us has the potential to become a hero. Not with flashy capes and masks, but by improving our health and performance, we can be heroes to our kids, friends, parents, and even complete strangers.
