My programs are not like most one-size-fits-all workout routines with no clear goals and lack of standards. They are individually customised to reflect the following

My coaching is for serious strength trainees who can commit to getting results. If you don’t train with weights 3+ times per week, my coaching is overkill. Most of my clients are busy professionals who want to become as successful in fitness as they are in other aspects of their lives.

Regardless of your starting point, your coach Andy will help you incorporate more changes over time— adjusting nutritional, training and recovery strategies depending on your needs.

As a coach, I use a science-based approach to health and fitness. No guesswork allowed. Data is king if results are the goal. The method that has helped 100s people transform their bodies, health, and lives. What my clients say – I care for them – so I'll take that positively. Every client who wants to transform the body and mind gets the needed attention to succeed.

Before your consultation, your coach will send you a questionnaire. It will take about 15 minutes to complete and helps your coach understand your goals, preferences, and routines. After submitting your responses, your coach will schedule your initial meeting. 

You'll use our coaching app, and most communication will happen here. The client app is supported on Apple and Android mobile devices. In other instances, you will get direct access to my phone number. This helps us schedule video sessions and send direct messages to your coach. 

When will my coach be available for check-ins and instant messaging?

No, you don't need any equipment to get started. You and your coach will create a plan that supports any equipment you currently have available. 

That depends on the plan you choose. On the month-to-month plan, you'll be billed once a month. On the three-month plan, you will see a charge once every three months. On the six-month plan, you will pay once every six months. Your payments will go through automatically until you decide to cancel. 

We offer refunds only on 3 and 6-month plans; if you have implemented everything being coached on and got no results, please feel free to contact us for the refunds. The online coaching cancellation policy is 30 days.
